CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Elie has been working in the water treatment sector since 1994 – initially in domestic water delivery to urban areas such as Bordeaux, France, followed by project assignments in Middle East and South Africa. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Proxa in 2008 and continues to lead the Group’s global activities in water treatment and energy transition. Elie holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering and completed the General Management Programme at CEDEP INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France.
